Working right across the hospitality sector from SME to large hotel chains, I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver. I take a hands-on approach to each client and this is one of my greatest strengths. I can see very quickly where a food business needs to go and more importantly what it needs to do in order to get there. Quite simply I show food businesses how to get it done and I stay with them until their business reaches its full potential.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, starting as Head Lecturer at Rockwell Hotel School training a number of today’s top chefs to owning and successfully operating a number of food and beverage businesses. I achieved a Bachelor of Arts from NUIG and pursued my passion for the food industry by qualifying with a Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts in Northern Ireland. I hold ‘Train the Trainer’ accreditation. In addition, I also hold qualifications in nutrition, food allergens and food safety training.
