Food Safety Management
With over 15 years’ experience within the food industry, Sunnibha has been providing both accredited and tailored food hygiene training courses across all sectors of the Food Industry. On site hygiene inspections, food safety system audits (HACCP, IS22000, IS 340&341) pre-audit checks, product analysis and consultancy are some of the services currently provided.
She initially qualified in Applied Biology and Food Science in Ireland before completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) honours degree in Food & Nutrition in University of Huddersfield (UK). Her early career was with a leading food and water testing laboratory where she progressed to quality/technical manager and achieved IS17025 and UKAS accreditation. In addition, Sunnibha holds a first-class honour in Further Training and Continuing Education, has been a registered trainer with Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) since 2001 and an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. A great believer in continuing personal development, Sunnibha completed the IRCA certified Lead Auditor FSSC/IS22000:2010 Training course which has significantly broadened her scope of training & consultancy services in this field.
Sunnibha was delighted to have been named a finalist in the 2018 Louth Business Awards and particularly proud that it was in the sector for “Professional Services”.
“I enjoy training because I like interacting with people particularly those who are confident in their field but not confident in the class room! I have yet to facilitate a training session where my learners have not learnt something from each other – whether it’s simply affirming they are doing things right or meeting “like minded” people who have had different experiences within the industry. So I encourage you and your staff to get out of the kitchen or let us come to you but train in a group environment – you will be surprised how much you will get out of it”
