I started my career in the world of architecture during the 1980’s, moving on to run a manufacturing company in the late 1990’s and winning the National Enterprise Award for Innovation.
From 2004 to 2015 I had a successful sales career in both Sales and Sales Management.
After deciding on a career break in 2016, I returned to college to study Digital Marketing and graduated with distinction,
while also gaining the Train the Trainer qualification.
Having presented hundreds of courses since 2016, I am now a leading Sales Speaker and Trainer, sharing stages in front of thousands of delegates with some of Ireland’s most prolific business leaders at sales conferences and events all over the country, creating inspirational change and delivering results for both individuals and businesses.

My Sales Training Program is based around the Psychology of Buying, a unique perspective of the sales journey, looking at it from the point of view of the customer’s subconscious decision-making processes, developed over 29 years of real world experience. Using an energetic magnetic style of delivery which relates well to trainees, it delivers simple, clear articulation of concepts that have the following results: Enjoyable training experiences, passionate motivational delivery,
giving customer centric not salesperson centric repeatable processes.
